Enhancing Jury Service: Introducing Our Upgraded Jury Management System

As the County Clerk, it brings me great joy to serve our community and find innovative ways to enhance the services we provide. Today, I am thrilled to announce the launch of our newly upgraded Jury Management System, designed to streamline the jury service experience and bring it into the digital age. With this system, jurors can now conveniently fill out their questionnaires online, receive e-notifications from the court, and easily check-in for service using our state-of-the-art Kiosk. Join us as we take a closer look at how these advancements will benefit both jurors and our community.

1. Juror Questionnaires Made Easy:
   With the introduction of our online questionnaire feature, jurors can now conveniently complete and submit their questionnaires from the comfort of their own homes. While at this time we will continue to mail physical summons, eventually our goal is to eliminate the need for paper entirely. Having the ability to fill out questionnaires online, jurors can more easily provide accurate and up-to-date information to the court. By simplifying the process, we aim to save jurors valuable time and effort, ensuring a smoother and more efficient jury selection process.

2. Seamless Communication with E-Notifications:
   Gone are the days of relying solely on traditional mail for court notifications. Our upgraded system enables jurors to receive important updates and reminders electronically. Whether it's a summons, a reminder about upcoming service, or changes to jury duty dates and times, jurors can now stay informed through secure and reliable e-notifications. This ensures that jurors never miss important updates and can better plan their schedules accordingly.

3. Efficient Check-In with the Kiosk:
   To further enhance the jury service experience, we have introduced a cutting-edge Kiosk system. Jurors can now check in for service seamlessly and efficiently, eliminating the need for long queues and paperwork. The Kiosk allows jurors to verify their presence and provide any necessary updates with ease. By leveraging technology, we aim to make the check-in process more convenient and time-efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience for everyone involved.
