If you are unsure of the case number, sub number, or document description, please follow the link below to search for the case information via the State's website.

Thank you for submitting a document request to the Pacific County Clerk.

To effectively manage our small staff while juggling various responsibilities, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when requesting documents from our office:

1.  Once we receive your request, our office will respond with the total cost.

2.  Payment must be made no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of your request.  Otherwise, your submission will be dismissed, and you must restart the process.  Document requests made after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

3.  Email clerk@co.pacific.wa.us with proof of payment to receive your requested documents.

Additional Information

Certified Copies of any individual Court Document are $5.00 for the 1st page and $1.00 for each additional page.
**Please note: Certified copies CANNOT be emailed**

Standard copies of any court document are $0.50 per page.

Emailed copies of any court document are $0.25 per page.

NOTE: A copy of the one-page Certificate of Dissolution cannot be ordered through our office. The Certificate of Dissolution is not signed by a Judge and is not filed with the Court. It is mailed to the WA State Dept. of Health after a divorce is finalized. If you need a copy of the Certificate of Dissolution, please visit this website for ordering information: WA State Dept. of Health.

To obtain an Apostille or Certificate of Authentication for a court document, please visit Washington Secretary of State Apostille for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT MAIL COPIES OF DOCUMENTS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A DOCUMENT TO BE MAILED TO ANOTHER COUNTRY, YOU MUST MAIL PAYMENT AND AN APPROPRIATELY ADDRESSED ENVELOPE WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF POSTAGE. 

Making a payment with our office

Once your request has been submitted, our office will calculate your document request and notify you of the amount due to fulfill the request. Within the email, you will receive a link to make payment online.

You may also call us at 360-875-9320 and our office can process the payment for you.
