Filing hours for court documents are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST, excluding court holidays. Any documents received outside these filing hours will be considered received and filed at the beginning of the next business day.

Attorneys must electronically file (e-file) court documents using the Clerk's online eFileWA system. Non-attorneys are encouraged to e-file but are not required to do so.

NOTE:

All documents must have a title page that includes the court name, case number, parties, document title, with mandatory margins, etc., per GR14

The Clerk does not accept Ex Parte Orders or Proposed Orders via Enterprise Justice (formerly Odyssey) e-filing. (See section below on how you can present an order ex parte.)

We cannot accept filings via e-mail.
